The Headquarters' Range: December 2025

As we wrap up the year and bring you the third installment of The Headquarters Range, I’m especially excited to share my first column as Editor of The Florida Cattleman & Livestock Journal. It’s a true honor to help guide a publication that has long represented the voice and values of Florida’s cattle industry.

Our team has been working hard behind the scenes on a refreshed look for the magazine, one that’s cleaner, easier to read, and designed to shine a brighter light on the people, places, and programs that make this industry so special. I hope you enjoy the updates and feel as proud of this publication as we do.

We’re always looking for stories and photos that capture our members and industry at their best, whether they’re from county events and youth shows to everyday moments on the ranch. And if you’ve got a great cover photo idea, I’d love to see it!

Looking ahead, I’m excited to keep building not only The Florida Cattleman & Livestock Journal but also FCA’s broader media efforts, continuing to connect more people to the stories, leadership, and legacy that define this association.
