Allied Trade Show registration officially opens to FCA Allied Members on November 2, 2026! However, once we have confirmation that the November issues of The Florida Cattleman & Livestock Journal, which include the 2027 Convention & Allied Trade Show exhibitor packets, have been received, we will make the online booth registration form available to Allied Members ahead of the official opening date.

Non-members will gain access to the Allied Trade Show registration form 30 days after Allied Member registration opens.

Did you know that the cost of Allied Membership dues and an Allied Member booth fee combined is less than the non-member booth fee? Join FCA as an Allied Member today to save on your booth and take advantage of priority registration!

All booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order in which completed booth agreements are received. We also do our best to keep direct competitors separated on the Trade Show floor.

Our Trade Show continues to grow in popularity, with a record 60 booth agreements submitted on opening day last year! We encourage exhibitors to submit their agreements early for the best opportunity to secure their preferred booth location.

Important: Booth Agreement Confirmations

All exhibitors should receive two confirmation emails after submitting their booth agreement:

1. Agreement Received: An email from FCA confirming we have received your booth agreement. This confirmation should arrive within one business day of submission.

2. Booth Placement & Invoice: A second email sent directly through MemberClicks confirming your booth has been assigned and your invoice has been generated/paid. This notification should arrive within one week of submission.
