Hello Florida Cattlemen! My name is Aubrey Pearce and I am currently serving as a JFCA Board of Director. I am 16 years old and hail from Okeechobee, Florida, where my family owns a cow-calf cattle operation known as Pearce Cattle Company. I am the daughter of Matt & Alisha Pearce and have been raised to show an unparalleled passion for the beef industry. As a 7th generation Florida cattle rancher, I am knowledgeable of the past and current events regarding our beloved industry. As a young cattlemen’s member, I take my position seriously and believe it is up to the youth to reach out and educate our peers. I have learned this through my involvement through the JFCA. This association not only encourages strong values toward hard work and leadership, but education about our industry as well. Parents, if you have a child that is not currently involved in the Junior Florida Cattlemen’s Association, I urge you to enroll them now so that they can be involved in this life changing family of cattle owners. I hope everyone had a great holiday season and wish you all the best in 2019. Cattlemen and women, make this the year one of growth for our industry.
Have a blessed day y’all!
