Happy New Year everyone! There is nothing like the holidays to bring you closer to your family and get you back to your roots. I was able to come home early from school and spend the whole month of December with friends and family. I also had two wonderful opportunities to speak and share the message of how BEEF is crucial to a healthy diet.
