FCW Message Aug. 2017
Hey y’all! My name is Milli Jones and I am so excited and honored to be the 2017-2018 FCA Sweetheart!
I thought I would start off by telling you a little about myself. I say I have two hometowns because I grew up in both Wauchula and Deer Park, Florida. I went to high school at Hardee Senior High and graduated in 2015. I am currently in my third year at the University of Florida studying agricultural education and communication.
I am a part of the sixth-generation of Kempfer Cattle Company in Deer Park, Florida and of course, my favorite breed of cattle is Brahman. I love being home on my family’s ranch for the summers when I am not in school. My favorite thing to do is relax and read a good book! I love to go to the beach, spend time with my family, and hang out with my English bulldog, Stella Grace.
I am more than excited to be representing the association this upcoming year and to give back to the industry that has given so much to me. I hope to share the heritage of Florida’s cattle ranchers and our commitment to continue our legacy in feeding the world.
Thank you in advance for your support and confidence in me as the sweetheart. It is going to be a great year!
If you ever need anything please do not hesitate to contact me! You can reach me by phone at (863) 245-9711 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, I hope y’all have a fun and safe summer!
Go Gators and Go beef!
