October FCW Report

I always love sitting on the front porch in the fall sipping on my morning coffee hearing the sounds of a new batch of heifers  being weaned.  Life is good. By now most of us have sold calves and are weaning heifers and preparing for our winter feed programs. We  just had our fall quarterly, which was a great meeting. Thanks to all that attended.

BSE Crisis Averted – Thanks, Beef Checkoff

Sumter County Farmer’s Market Youth Bred Heifer Expo and Sale

Youth from around the state will be selling commercial heifers at the Sumter County Farmer’s Market on Saturday, September 8th, 2018.
