Hello everyone! What a busy month!! First I went to Lincoln High School in Tallahassee. I got to present to seven of their culinary classes and talk about BEEF! They loved the presentation and seeing pictures of Brahman bulls, real cowboys, working dogs and Florida’€™s beautiful ranches. We discussed nutrition, cooking, myths, and some fun recipes. I am excited to kick off this New Year with you! I have a lot to look forward to including more rodeos, high school presentations, and our Boots On The Hill event in Tallahassee. I hope there will be lots of cowboy hats and boots around the capitol! I am also planning to speak at two high schools in Tallahassee, one being my alma mater.

Hello again! I hope everyone has had a great Christmas, New Year’s and winter calving season! I can’t tell you how happy I am to see new babies being born in our pastures.
