Brisket Cook Off

The Heritage Festival also conducts an extremely popular Brisket Cook Off competition that provides awards in four categories. They include the best brisket as determined by a panel of expert judges, the "People's Choice" award where the Festival guests vote for their favorite, the best Contestant Area and the Best Dressed teams all get awards.
